Very kind and proffesional company. Cody came out the first day and gave us a quote. JC scheduled us for the work right away, So we did not have to wait long. Two other companies previously had told us there was no guarantee what they could do would work or even be able to enter our attic but Cody assured us all the issues could be fixed and they would have no problem entering our attic. They arrived on time rolled out drop cloths and plastic, changed our ducts and worked on a few other things all in a day and cleaned up after. We are very pleased and greatful for all the hardwork they did. Our ac is running now better than ever. We are ready for winter and next summer. Highly recommend. Are service agreements worth it?
For most HD homes, yes. Priority dispatch during summer / winter peak alone is worth it. Plus the diagnostic fee is waived on emergency calls and you get 10% off repairs and replacements. Most clients add the agreement after one emergency call.
What if you find a problem during the tune-up?
Written report with photos. We quote the repair on the spot but do not pressure you to do it. Critical safety issues (CO leak, refrigerant leak, exposed wiring) we will recommend addressing before we leave.
Will skipping maintenance void my warranty?
Most manufacturer warranties require annual professional maintenance with documentation. Skipping voids the labor portion (and sometimes the parts portion). Service agreement records satisfy the warranty requirement automatically.
How long does a tune-up take?
