No cooling: close blinds on sun-facing windows, run ceiling fans, hydrate, and stay on the lowest floor of the home if possible.
No heat: close doors to unused rooms, use space heaters in occupied rooms, dress in layers, and check that your thermostat is on "heat" not "cool."
Suspected gas leak: evacuate the home, leave doors open, do not use light switches or any electrical equipment, and call your gas utility from outside.
Carbon monoxide alarm: evacuate the home and call us. Do not attempt to silence or reset the alarm before we arrive.

"Very kind and proffesional company. Cody came out the first day and gave us a quote. JC scheduled us for the work right away, So we did not have to wait long. Two other companies previously had told us there was no guarantee what they could do would work or even be able to enter our attic but Cody assured us all the issues could be fixed and they would have no problem entering our attic. They arrived on time rolled out drop cloths and plastic, changed our ducts and worked on a few other things all in a day and cleaned up after. What counts as an HVAC emergency?

No heat in winter. No cooling above 95°F outside. Suspected gas leak. Refrigerant leak. Burning smells from the furnace. Carbon monoxide alarm. Anything where waiting is a safety or property risk.

Do you charge more for after-hours service?

No. Same flat-rate pricing nights and weekends. We do not penalize you for the AC failing on a Saturday in July.

How fast do you actually get there?

Same-day in most cases across the High Desert. Most after-hours dispatches are on-site within 2-3 hours from Hesperia, Apple Valley, Oak Hills, and Victorville. Wrightwood and Lucerne Valley may run 3-4 hours due to drive distance.

What is the response time in my city?

Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Oak Hills typically run 1-2 hours after-hours. Victorville, Adelanto, Phelan, Helendale, and Oro Grande run 2-3 hours. Wrightwood and Lucerne Valley run 3-4 hours due to mountain or desert drive distance. Daytime calls are usually faster.

What if it is not really an emergency?

We will be honest. If your problem can wait until morning safely, we will tell you so you do not pay for an after-hours visit you do not need.

Do you charge for the diagnostic if I do not approve the repair?

There is a flat diagnostic fee on emergency visits. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and rolled into the repair cost. If you decline the repair, you only pay the diagnostic.

Can you walk me through it on the phone first?

Yes. Call 760-983-2326 and we will troubleshoot the obvious things over the phone before dispatching a truck. Sometimes a tripped breaker or a dirty filter is the whole problem and you do not need a visit.

Do you handle commercial emergencies?

Yes. Restaurant make-up air, retail rooftop units, walk-in cooler heating. Same flat-rate after-hours pricing as residential. Our commercial team is on the same dispatch line.

Do you work on holidays?

Yes. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July. Same-day dispatch, same flat rate. HVAC failures do not respect the calendar and neither do we.
