- To respond to your service request and dispatch a technician.
- To send invoices, warranty paperwork, and service reminders.

- Dispatch and customer management software for service scheduling and invoicing.
- Financing partners (GreenSky, Wisetack) only if you apply for financing through us.

Data retention
We retain customer records for the longer of: 7 years (California tax + service warranty record-keeping requirement), the duration of any active service agreement, or as long as necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected. Anonymized analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default (14 months).
SMS / text messaging (TCPA)
If you contact us via the SMS link or provide your phone number on a service request form, we may text you to confirm appointments, dispatch updates, and follow up on quotes. We do not send marketing texts. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Text HELP for support. Consent to receive service-related texts is not a condition of purchase.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
